plantApp is a community driven application. There are two types of ways ways plantApp get Data.

1. We provide planting guide to plants all around the world. For that people can contribute from their knowledge if they like to provide.
2. Users can ask questions and get help from the planting experts for that reason we added a place to input email or phone number of the user to contact with the leafy team. If the user does not like to include email or mobile still user can ask his/her question without providing those details. Then we can give a solution for their request on the community page.

We are not exposing users private data to a third party for any reason we only keep email and mobile number to give solutions for the user’s questions.

Mode and place of processing the Data

Methods of processing

We get the new plants from the users and validate those planting information with our agriculture experts before adding to the public view.

Legal basis of processing

Users can contribute their knowledge if they like or they can consume the application and learn new things about planting.

How to exercise these rights

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible and always within one month.
